We worked with a client who recently acquired a collection of four beachfront units and aimed to modernize them. Due to shifting ground over the years, the existing paths were uneven. However, utilizing the pod system, we successfully leveled the new decks to perfection.

A client recently purchased a series of four beachfront units and sought to update them with a modern touch. The existing paths were uneven due to ground movement over time. Utilizing the pod system, we successfully leveled the new decks. Additionally, to provide privacy from neighboring high-rises while preserving the scenic beach view, we installed fixed hardwood louvres on each side of the balcony. These louvres maintained a gap to ensure an uninterrupted view of the beautiful beach.
